1. Acceptance of these terms
By using gohighlevelexpert.co (the "Site") or booking a call with GHL Expert ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Where we take on a project for you, a written proposal or agreement will set out the specific scope, price and timeline; if that document conflicts with these Terms, the project document wins for that project.
2. Use of the Site
You may browse the Site and use its content to learn about our services. You may not copy, republish or resell the Site's text, design, code or images without our written permission, scrape the Site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful. The trademarks, logos and content on the Site belong to GHL Expert or to the parties that licensed them to us. Client logos and testimonials appear with the permission of those clients and may not be reused.
3. Our services
We design, build and support systems inside the GoHighLevel platform: CRM setup, automation, AI voice and chat agents, funnels and websites, integrations, SaaS Mode launches, training and ongoing support. The Site describes these services in general terms. What we actually deliver for you is defined by the proposal you approve before work begins.
A discovery or audit call booked through the Site is a conversation, not a commitment. Neither of us is obliged to proceed to a project after it.
4. Quotes, payment and changes
- Project pricing is fixed and agreed in writing before the build starts. Prices shown on the Site (for example "from $1,500") are starting points, not a quote for your specific project.
- Unless the proposal says otherwise, a deposit is due before work begins and the balance is due on delivery. Monthly services (support, virtual assistant, dedicated employee) are billed in advance each month and can be cancelled with notice as set out in the proposal.
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we do it. We will not surprise you with extra charges.
- Third-party costs are yours: your GoHighLevel subscription, phone numbers and messaging fees, AI usage fees, domain and email costs, and any other software you choose to use. We will tell you about them before they are incurred where we can.
5. Ownership of what we build
Everything we build for you is built inside your own GoHighLevel account, and you own it. Workflows, funnels, automations, pipelines, custom fields, snapshots, content and configuration created for your project belong to you once the project has been paid for in full. We may keep our own general know-how, templates, methods and tools, and reuse them for other clients, as long as we do not reuse your confidential information.
We may describe the work we did for you in general terms as a case study. We will not publish your name, logo, numbers or testimonial without your permission.
6. GoHighLevel and other platforms
GHL Expert is an independent agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with HighLevel Inc. "GoHighLevel", "HighLevel" and related marks belong to HighLevel Inc. Your use of GoHighLevel, and of any other platform we connect to (Twilio, Stripe, Google, Meta, Zapier, Make, n8n and others), is governed by that platform's own terms. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their features, pricing, policies or availability, though we will help you adapt where we can.
Where your systems send SMS, email, WhatsApp or voice calls, you are responsible for having the consent you need from your contacts and for complying with the laws that apply to those messages in your country (for example TCPA and A2P 10DLC requirements in the United States, PECR in the UK, or CASL in Canada). We build with compliance in mind and will point out issues we notice, but we are not your lawyer and cannot guarantee compliance.
7. Results
We build systems that are designed to capture more leads, respond faster and book more appointments. How much revenue that produces depends on your market, your offer, your team and how the system is used. Numbers on the Site, including the case studies, describe real results for specific clients and are not a promise of what you will achieve. See the Disclaimer.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, GHL Expert is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost data or lost business, arising from the Site or from our services. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
The Site is provided "as is". We aim to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Confidentiality
During a project we will see your business data, contacts and account credentials. We keep them confidential, use them only to do the work, and remove our access when the project ends unless you ask us to keep supporting you. You agree to keep our proposals, pricing and internal documentation confidential in the same way.
10. Ending an engagement
Either of us may end a project by written notice if the other side materially breaches the agreement and does not fix it within 14 days. Monthly services can be cancelled as set out in the proposal. On termination you pay for work completed to that date, and we hand over whatever has been built.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GHL Expert is established, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you protections that cannot be overridden. Before either of us goes to court, we agree to try to resolve the matter through a good-faith conversation first.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Projects already in progress stay on the terms that applied when they were agreed.
