1. Who we are
GHL Expert ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at gohighlevelexpert.co (the "Site"). We are a GoHighLevel consulting and implementation agency. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Site. It does not cover the systems we build inside our clients' own GoHighLevel accounts; those are governed by each client's own privacy practices.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
The Site has no sign-up, login, comment or newsletter forms. The only place you can submit personal information is the booking calendar on our Book a Call page. When you book a call we receive the details you enter there, typically your name, email address, phone number and any notes you add about your business, together with the appointment time you choose.
Information collected automatically
Like almost every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested: your IP address, browser type, device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request. We do not run analytics or advertising tracking scripts on the Site, and the Site does not set its own cookies.
3. How we use your information
- To hold the call you booked, prepare for it, and follow up on what we discussed.
- To answer questions you send us and to send you a proposal if you ask for one.
- To keep the Site secure, diagnose technical problems and understand aggregate traffic.
- To meet legal obligations, for example keeping records of agreements we enter into with you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. If you book a call, we may contact you about that call and about the services you enquired about. You can ask us to stop at any time.
4. Third-party services that receive data
The Site relies on a small number of outside services. Each one receives data only to perform the function described.
- Vercel hosts the Site and serves every page. Vercel processes the server logs described above under its own privacy policy.
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) powers the booking calendar embedded on the Book a Call page. The calendar loads in a frame from our GoHighLevel account. Information you enter there is stored in that account and processed by HighLevel Inc. under its own terms. The calendar may set its own cookies inside the frame.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used across the Site. Your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
- YouTube hosts the two client video testimonials embedded on the Case Studies page. When that page loads, YouTube may set cookies and collect viewing data under Google's privacy policy.
We do not control these providers' practices. Their policies are linked from their own websites.
5. Cookies
The Site itself does not set cookies and does not use local storage to track you. Cookies may be set by the third-party frames described in section 4 (the booking calendar and YouTube embeds). You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the Site will keep working, though the booking calendar may not.
6. How long we keep information
Booking details and call notes are kept for as long as we have an active conversation or working relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick the conversation back up if you return. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes. If you ask us to delete your information (section 7), we will remove it from the systems we control unless we are required to keep it.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy in a portable format. Residents of the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, California and several other regions have specific statutory rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the Contact page and tell us what you would like us to do. We will respond within the timeframe required by the law that applies to you, and we will never charge you for a reasonable request.
If you booked a call and no longer want to hear from us, reply to any message we send you and say so, or contact us through the Contact page.
8. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. Booking data is stored inside our GoHighLevel account, which is protected by access controls and HighLevel's own security measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
9. Children
The Site is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The effective date at the top of the page shows the current version. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
